Terraphase has played a critical and timely role in my M&A work, most recently completing environmental due diligence (property conditions and regulatory compliance assessments) on multiple manufacturing sites with legacy environmental issues, over 5 states and across the border in Mexico, all on an expedited time schedule. Chris Voci and his team also have provided critical analysis and cost estimation when “last minute” environmental complications needed to be explained and creatively managed to assure a closing. They are practical problem solvers and understand risk management in the context of business transitions.
Terraphase also has a bevy of experts across the country who have provided consulting and trial expert assistance on the litigation and Brownfields/site remediation side of our practice. I am grateful that there always seems to be a reliable sounding board on staff when I have been confronted with emerging problems, such as cost effectively removing 1,4 dioxane or 1,1 TCA, sourcing PFAS detected at client facilities, accounting for zinc in stormwater discharges, or explaining the appearance of ketones during in situ remediation of a solvent plume. A complete shop, and a “go to” resource in my practice.
